Position Overview

Bolder Surgical (“Bolder”) is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for its growing enterprise. Candidate must be versatile and flexible to work within an entrepreneurial company where you can be counted on to exceed production and quality goals by following procedures, processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Flexability to work 1st or 2nd shift as needed to support porduction growth.

Roles / Tasks

  • Final assembly of medical device disposable products in a cleanroom environment.
  • Filling out documents to record material traceability.
  • Operate within Manufacturing Operating procedures (MOPs).
  • Follow Safety rules
  • Complete daily production logs.
  • Clean and maintain work area.
  • Scheduling and managing time off.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requisite Skills

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Education: High School diploma, GED or equivalent

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a startup environment helpful.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, self-motivated team player capable of proactively managing day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner.

Salary Range

$20.00 to $22.00, plus shift differential as applicable. (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
